Athlete Information For The Arnold

A. ATHLETE CHECK-IN & WEIGH-IN SCHEDULE:
A table will be set-up in the Convention Center Ballroom E150 to E170 Ballroom for Athlete Check-in and Gear Check. Weigh-ins will be located behind the stage in the Ballroom for all Events. There will also be pre-registration available at the ballroom Thursday night between 5pm-6pm.  (If you are unable to make the pre-registration, you can register throughout the weekend, registration table will be on the left-hand side of the venue, just beyond the USAPL merchandise booth.)

If you would like to purchase a Arnold Sports Festival shirt, these will be available for early purchase in the Ballroom on Thursday.  There is limited quantity and we encourage you to purchase before the start of the events.

USAPL lifters, please remember that your Membership card needs to be current. You can renew during registration or you can also do so online at the USAPL website. If renewed online, please print a copy of the Application payment receipt emails and bring it with you to check-in.

B. ATHLETE I.D.:
Athletes will be given wrist bands during Athlete Check-in which will allow entry into the Expo and will identify them as Arnold Sports Festival athletes.

C. COACHES:
Warm-up spaces is limited therefore, athletes will be allowed one coach. Entry to the warm-up room for the Deadlift competitions will be strictly limited.  Coaches will be required to purchase your weekend wrist band (See Spectator section below.)

D. TRANSPORTATION TO THE SPRINGHILL SUITES:
Competitors and officials are responsible for transportation to and from the competition hotel. Many competitors are driving in. Please find directions to the hotel at: SpringHill Suites. Taxi transportation from the airport costs approximately $25.

E. TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CONVENTION CENTER:
SpringHill Suites will be offering continuous shuttle service  to and from the Convention Center.  The shuttle will run Friday – Sunday beginning at 7am until late at night.

If you need to earlier service, we recommend a Taxi, the hotel is less than 3 miles from the Convention Center.  The hotel front desk can assist with arranging  a taxi.

F. SCALE:
The competition scale will be available at the Convention Center during the hours of the competitions. There will also be a scale at SpringHill hotel in the Meeting Room.

F. BREAKFAST:
Complimentary hot buffet breakfast is available to athletes staying at the SpringHill hotel.  Breakfast will be served from 6am until 10am.

G. SPECTATORS:
Access to the Expo Center, including the Ballroom is $15 per day (or $10 in advance) and can be purchased at the Convention Center or through the Arnold Sports Festival website.

H. ATHLETE WHEREABOUTS:
Please remember you must keep your Athlete Locator Form updated if there were any changes to your schedule after your initial submission even if you have already been out-of-meet tested.

During the Expo weekend, many supplement samples and specials will be available to all spectators.  We encourage you to not take any of these supplements without researching the company and ingredients thoroughly before taking.  You are responsible for what you put in your body.
