A. ATHLETE CHECK-IN & WEIGH-IN SCHEDULE:
A table will be set-up in the Convention Center Ballroom E150 to E170 Ballroom for Athlete Check-in and Gear Check. Weigh-ins will be located in warm-up room for all Events. There will also be pre-registration available at the ballroom Thursday night between 5pm-6pm. (If you are unable to make the pre-registration, you can register throughout the weekend, registration table will be on the left-hand side of the venue, just beyond the USA Powerlifting merchandise booth.)
If you would like to purchase a Arnold Sports Festival shirt, these will be available for early purchase in the Ballroom on Thursday. There is limited quantity and we encourage you to purchase before the start of the events.
USA Powerlifting lifters, please remember that you must renew your Membership before weigh-ins. You can renew online at the USA Powerlifting website. If renewed online, please print a copy of the Application payment receipt emails and bring it with you to check-in.
If you are a former National Team Member, please bring your team uniform and wear it when presenting the awards. This will look great for photos and for the general spectators to see!
Lifters in the StartingStrength.com Pro Raw and the Rogue Pro American will be receiving a Presenting or Title sponsor tshirt to wear on the platform. Shirts will be distributed during check-in.
C. ATHLETE / COACH I.D.s:
Athletes & Coaches will be given wrist bands during Athlete Check-in which will allow entry into the Expo and will identify them as Arnold Sports Festival athletes. (If you did not register your coach for a pass by 2/14 they will need to purchase their own wrist band.)
Warm-up spaces is limited therefore, athletes will be allowed two coaches. Coaches badges will be given to you at check-in and are only good for that session. Both lifters and coaches will need to vacate the warm-up room after your session to allow room for the next lifters to properly warm-up.
Deadlift competitors may have only ONE coach follow them to the Expo Stage.
E. TRANSPORTATION TO THE SPRINGHILL SUITES:
Competitors and officials are responsible for transportation to and from the competition hotel. Many competitors are driving in. Please find directions to the hotel at: SpringHill Suites. Taxi transportation from the airport costs approximately $25.
F. TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CONVENTION CENTER:
SpringHill Suites will be offering continuous shuttle service to and from the Convention Center. The shuttle will run Friday – Sunday beginning at 7am until late at night.
If you need to earlier service, we recommend a Taxi, the hotel is less than 3 miles from the Convention Center. The hotel front desk can assist with arranging a taxi.

The competition scale will be available at the Convention Center during the hours of the competitions. There will also be a scale at SpringHill hotel in the Meeting Room.
Complimentary hot buffet breakfast is available to athletes staying at the SpringHill hotel. Breakfast will be served from 6am until 10am.
Access to the Expo Center, including the Ballroom is $15 per day (or $10 in advance) and can be purchased at the Convention Center or through the Arnold Sports Festival website.
J. ATHLETES BEWARE:
During the Expo weekend, many supplement samples and specials will be available to all spectators. We encourage you to not take any of these supplements without researching the company and ingredients thoroughly before taking. You are responsible for what you put in your body.
K. ATHLETE PHOTO-OP:
Lifters, we want your Arnold photos on the internet, Facebook, twitter, etc. Please stop at our Step & Repeat banner located between the venue and the warm-up room to snap photos with your friends, family, competitors, coaches, etc! This will be a great way to say THANK YOU to our sponsors, so don’t forget to tag them in your posts.
