CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE

SCHEDULE TO BE ANNOUNCED LATER THIS YEAR (2026)

PRO CARDS:
To earn or renew a pro card during the events at the Arnols Sports Festival, you must hit the minimum DOTs for the Open division and the minimum DOTs + Age in Masters.

• Raw Open – 475 Female / 500 Male
• Raw Masters – 400 Female / 425 Male
• Equipped Open – 475 Female / 500 Male
• Equipped Masters – 400 Female / 425 Male
• Raw Open Bench – 85 Female / 105 Male
• Raw Masters Bench – 75 Female / 95 Male
• Equipped Open Bench – 85 Female / 105 Male
• Equipped Masters Bench – 75 Female / 95 Male

SELECTION:
All lifters must be current USA Powerlifting members or have a USA Powerlifting International Membership

QUALIFYING FOR EVENTS:

• An established total, DOTS, or DOTS + Age Coefficient must be obtained before the registration deadline
• You are allowed to register before obtaining said QT, but your registration will be withdrawn if the QT is not obtained within the timeframe stated

DRUG TESTING:
To USA Powerlifting and WADA standards, In-Meet and Out-of-Meet testing for anabolic steroids, hormones, stimulants, masking agents, designer compounds, and diuretics.

RECORDS:

• American Records may be set in all events by USA Powerlifting members.  American Records may not be chipped if there are international competitors within the competition.

INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES:

• International competitors may compete by obtaining a USA Powerlifting International Membership Card and meeting the criteria to enter the events (ie, minimum DOTS)

COMPETITION ORGANIZATION:
Production by Arnold Sports Festival (ASF) Committee, sanctioned under USA Powerlifting.
Appointment of staffing, including referees to be determined by the Arnold Sports Festival (ASF) Committee.

CRITERIA FOR ALL EVENTS:

• Final athlete selection by the ASF Committee.
• All athletes must abide by the rules of USA Powerlifting.
• All members must be in good standing with USA Powerlifting.
• Athlete Locator Form for all Pro Events: (ALFs not submitted by the deadline will remove the athlete from competition)
  • 2026 1st Quarter must be submitted by: December 15
